Funded Partner Grants

Each year, local nonprofits are invited to apply or re-apply for funding through the North Texas Area United Way's (NTAUW) RFP grant application process. Eligible applicants must be nonprofits that provide services in the areas of health, education, or financial security. The application process opens each fall and is promoted through social media channels and the NTAUW website. Applications are reviewed by committees consisting of community members and NTAUW board members. Grant funding decisions are typically made by the beginning of the new year, with organizations being notified and funding starting in April.

Grant funding for this initiative is made possible thanks to the generous support of our incredible donors. Donations to the North Texas Area United Way go directly back into our community, empowering positive change through the RFP grant process. We are deeply grateful for the commitment of those who make this possible. United is the way to strengthen and uplift our community.

To be eligible for consideration, the applicant/organization must be a 501(c)3 organization located within the NTAUW service area. Proof of eligibility must be attached to the application to be considered. Incomplete applications will be returned unread. Late applications will not be accepted.
